Hey,
you mean 24th of September, not August, right? Or maybe October? (that would’ve been even cooler)
If you do mean September, however, I would very politely like to ask if you could possibly announce such exciting events a little more upfront next time around. My startup colleague and I don’t come from Ireland (Germany rather), but would still love to attend such a meeting, wherever it is.. but it just needs a bit of planning ahead.. so thanks!
And if it’s October you mean, then we’re in!
Cheers,
Martin

Hey Martin,
Apologies you are of course right it is september. Corrected now.
We will be having one in October for definite and we may be moving the feast to a European city soon.
Suggestions are welcome.

Hello Anton,
A European venue sounds exciting indeed
I live in Aachen right now (western Germany, on the Belgian and Holland border), which is quite central, small, but very nice student town with a lot of startups (seedcamp had several applicants from Aachen) and I could help organizing a venue here if you’d be interested. It’s an hour away from a major airport though (Cologne/Bonn or Düsseldorf), so maybe one of those cities might be more suited.
Either way I would love to come to a meetup in Ireland just as much, so I would, again, like to ask you to announce at least the date, if not the exact location and time, a bit earlier.
Thanks,
Martin
PS. If you would like some help with organizing a venue in the Cologne-Düsseldorf-Aachen area, feel free to contact me, me and my partner would be glad to help

Filled out the form but I’m getting an error saying I’ve missed something – don’t get it!

Andy, Just tried it there it’s working fine. Have you filled all the required* fields. It’s only firstname, lastname, email and “talk to me about” that are required…

Nope, nothing!

@Andy I have no idea what’s causing that. It’s just a formspring form. Weird. I put you in manually anyway.
I assume you don’t have any unusual setup.
